Is Supercrew cheaper than BusyBusy?+

BusyBusy has a free plan for basic GPS time tracking. For a paid plan with photos, notes, and payroll integrations, Supercrew Team is $10 per user per month billed annually ($12 monthly) with no admin fee, and includes automatic clock-in. BusyBusy Pro is $9.99 per user per month billed annually plus a $40 admin license that covers the first user.

Does BusyBusy clock workers in automatically?+

BusyBusy's geofences remind workers to clock in, out, or switch jobs, and can require them to be on site. Workers still tap to clock in. Supercrew clocks workers in when they enter a job's geofence and out when they leave, with no tapping.

Can I move my data from BusyBusy to Supercrew?+

Yes. Export your employees and time cards from BusyBusy as a spreadsheet, and our support team can help you get your crew and job sites set up. Setup calls are free and available in English and Spanish.

Does Supercrew integrate with QuickBooks?+

Yes. Supercrew syncs approved timesheets to QuickBooks, Xero, Payworks, and Sage 100 Contractor, and connects to CompanyCam for job photos. All integrations are included with Team and Pro at no extra cost.
