Sync approved Supercrew timesheets straight to Payworks, with overtime already calculated, so hours never have to be re-typed into payroll.
Q: How do I connect my Supercrew account to Payworks?
A: In the Supercrew mobile app, go to More → Integrations, select Payworks, and request a connection link. We’ll email you a link. Open it and follow the steps to connect your Payworks account.
Q: I didn’t get the connection email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, request the link again from Integrations or contact Supercrew support.
Q: Can I connect to more than one Payworks company?
A: Yes. You can connect to multiple companies, but timesheets must be exported separately for each one.
Q: Do I need admin access in Payworks to set up the integration?
A: Yes. You need payroll administrator access in Payworks to connect Supercrew and allow it to send timesheet data.
Q: How does Supercrew match employees to Payworks?
A: Supercrew matches each worker to a Payworks employee by name. Make sure names are spelled the same way in both systems before exporting.
Q: What happens if an employee exists in Supercrew but not in Payworks?
A: Add the employee in Payworks first. Their approved hours can’t be exported until a matching Payworks employee exists.
Q: Which timesheets are sent to Payworks?
A: Only approved timesheets are sent. Review and approve the pay period in Supercrew, then export it to Payworks.
Q: Is overtime included?
A: Yes. Regular and overtime hours are calculated in Supercrew and sent as separate hour types so they land on the right earnings lines in Payworks.
Q: Why is my timesheet export failing?
A: Common reasons include an unmatched employee, a pay period that doesn’t line up with the Payworks pay schedule, or timesheets that haven’t been approved yet.
Q: Can I re-export a timesheet after correcting errors?
A: Yes. Once the issue is fixed, you can run the export again for that pay period.
Q: Why does my pay period range need to match Payworks?
A: Payworks processes hours by pay period. The date range you export from Supercrew should match the employee’s Payworks pay schedule so hours land in the correct pay run.
Q: How do I disconnect Supercrew from Payworks?
A: In Supercrew, go to More → Integrations, select Payworks, and tap Disconnect.
Q: Will disconnecting remove my existing data in either system?
A: No. Existing data in Payworks and Supercrew remains unchanged. Only the connection is removed.
